Brave New World

I’ve spent months snooping around trying to find others blogging, talking about, researching, writing, and/or interested in self-organizing work groups in organizations. Not much luck so far. I’m starting this blog to share my experience and ideas as a self-organizing work group member and a researcher of these groups. I’m doing this because I’m looking for people on the planet who want to talk to me about these groups and what they mean or could mean for our organizations, our groups within them, and ourselves.
